Jack Chambers has joined Newmark’s Ontario office as an Associate, working alongside Josh Hayes and David Noblitt with a focus on industrial real estate advisory services. He is a significant addition to Newmark’s Inland Empire Development Team, bringing decades of experience in providing customized leasing, sales, and development solutions throughout the Inland Empire and greater Southern California markets.

Prior to joining Newmark, Chambers worked in acquisitions and development at Vaquero Ventures, where he played a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring high-value land opportunities. His work included securing sites for major national retailers such as Starbucks. With expertise in zoning analysis, market trends, and development feasibility, he contributed greatly to the firm’s growth across the DFW region.

Chambers earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Christian University. He has a strong foundation in real estate investment strategy, relationship management, and market research. Recognized for his proactive approach and attention to detail, he is dedicated to helping clients identify and capitalize on strategic industrial opportunities.
